1. Confirm design drawings, materials, post-processing (coating, sand blasting, anodize treatment, etc.)
2. Evaluation and quotation
3. Drawing analysis and programming of machining process
4. Modeling by CNC machining or quick die casting.
5. Surface treatment
6. Confirm assembly
7. Quality inspection
8. Packaging and shipping

• Data collection → Review drawing (and coloring) with customer → CNC machining → Post processing
  → Quality inspection → Packaging → Shipping

• CNC machining: CAD/CAM programming, machining, and basic inspection.
• Initial mock-up: A mechanism model processed precisely according to customer drawings and indicated material.
  Specifications such as size, function, assembling, tolerance, and structural strength of the workpiece will be reviewed in
  detail and related result inspected by designer and served as verification and test before production to avoid modification
  and error of mass production and reduce the cost during mockup development and mold making phase.
• Post processing room: Appearance treatments of the workpiece, including spray painting, polishing, printing, sand
  blasting, anodize treatment, electroplating, brushed metaling, laser engraving, replica molding, etc. in the post processing
  room. The processed workpiece can be reviewed by customer in outlook shape, color, texture, and for participating the
  exhibitions.
